Where my mushrooms are grown

Pat’s Apothecary medicinal mushrooms are grown in pristine regions of China, in the provinces where they have traditionally been grown (Di Tao) and used as superfoods and medicines for centuries.

My Reishi, Lion’s Mane, Tremella, Cordyceps, Shiitake and Maitake are cultivated in quality-controlled greenhouses in their native Fujian and Zhejiang provinces, grown on hardwood chips and rice bran or rice powder.

My Chaga and Turkey Tail mushrooms are grown in the wild and harvested from the Heilongjiang forest and Daxing’angling mountains.

My supplier holds internationally recognised HACCP Food Safety Certification and USA Food Foundation Certification (FFSC), with annual audits.
