Return and Refund Policy

  1. Damaged or Faulty Products
    If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please get in touch with us
    at support@patsapothecary.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please
    provide us with a note about the product issue, along with your order details. A clear
    photo or video of the damaged or faulty product may be requested.
  2. Refunds for Damaged or Faulty Products
    Once reviewed, if approved, we will issue a full refund to the payment method that was
    used to complete the purchase. Refunds may take several business days to process,
    depending on your payment provider.
  3. Unsatisfied with the Product or Experience
