at support@patsapothecary.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please
provide us with a note about the product issue, along with your order details. A clear
photo or video of the damaged or faulty product may be requested. - Refunds for Damaged or Faulty Products
Once reviewed, if approved, we will issue a full refund to the payment method that was
used to complete the purchase. Refunds may take several business days to process,
