Shipping Information

  1. Order Processing Timeframes
    At Pat’s Apothecary, we strive to dispatch orders in a timely manner. Most orders will be
    processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Where there is a
    delay in processing due to ingredients or products being temporarily out of stock or any
    other unforeseen circumstance, the customer will be notified asap.

  3. Shipping Costs
    There is a flat fee shipping cost of $9.75 per order with free shipping over $75
  4. Order Tracking
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use
    this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package.
  5. Wrong or Incomplete Address
    If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, unfortunately it might cause a
    delay or missed delivery and you will not be eligible for a reshipment or a refund on such
    transaction.
  6. Lost Parcels during Shipping
    We are not liable for any products which are lost or damaged during shipping. However, we
    want to ensure that you get to enjoy our products. In such an event please reach out to us at
    support@patsapothecary.com.au to discuss making a claim with the courier or a potential
    discount of the product on reorder.
